In discussing Type on a Path during a training session in a graphics studio that designs a lot of packaging, one artist asked, “How can I get my type to flip to the other side of the path? On some panels of a package, the type has to appear upside down.†I answered, “Simple! Switch to your Selection tool (V), then click and drag the center bracket of the Path Type object across the path and the type will flip to the other side of the path. Or you can go to Type>Type on a Path>Type on a Path Options. In the window that opens, check the box next to Flip and press OK.â€
